Nora and Iain Sinclair are longstanding Martin & Co franchise partners in Scotland. They have been the owners of Martin & Co Kirkcaldy since November 2001 and they recently took the plunge and bought Martin & Co Dundee as a resale business. Having already been a husband and wife team who have been franchising together for over a decade, they were confident in their ability to open their next business.

As a husband and wife team, Nora and Iain are able to use their combined skills not only to run their business in a smooth and professional manner, but to make their business successful and profitable. Nora and Iain purchased the Dundee business from the previous owners which is a great way to buy a franchise without having to start from scratch. There is already awareness of the business in the territory along with a demand for their services.
